Okay...so hubby finally downloaded and emailed me pics from a dinner last week...so now I get to share! Smiling

We did a spicy rubbed stead and sliced it. I rubbed it with some cumin, garlic powder, salt, cayenne pepper, dried onion and chili powder. It definitely had a kick but once on the salad it toned down with the cool greens.

Toppings were halved grape tomatoes, corn, black beans, and some cheese.

Once it's all piled on the lettuce it looked heavenly:

Once hubby had done his grill magic I assembled the salads and we Ooohhh'd and AAaaahhhhh'd over our creation:

I did make a dressing out of some spicy ranch dressing we had in the fridge. I mixed some vinegar with it and made a sort of vinaigrette. It worked and cooled down the steak some.
