This post should probably be called Dessert For Two, but it is how it is...
Last week I posted a yummy, quick and easy Vegetable Fried Rice. Today I thought that dessert should come next, right?
So here is one of my favorite quick and super easy desserts for two.
Bon apetit!

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups fresh or frozen fruit
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
4 teaspoons all-purpose flour, divided
1 1/2 teaspoons orange juice
1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
3 tablespoons chopped almonds
4 teaspoons brown sugar
Pinch of cinnamon
1 tablespoon canola oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine fruit with sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons all-purpose flour and orange juice. Divide between two 6-ounce ovenproof ramekins. Combine oats, almonds, brown sugar, 2 1/2 teaspoons all-purpose flour and cinnamon. Drizzle with oil and stir to combine. Sprinkle over the fruit mixture. Place on a baking sheet and bake until fruit is bubbling and topping is golden, 20 to 25 minutes.
