A big yea for dinner last night. On a whim I decided to create a Sesame Chicken Salad for the hubby and I last night.

First off I started with a bottle of A1 Kobe Sesame Teriyaki Steak Sauce. I marinated the chicken breasts for 30 min in the marinade.

While the chicken was marinating I drained a can of mandarin oranges and prepared a package of ramen noodles (I added soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, sesame oil and rice wine vinegar to the water to add flavor). I drained noodles and put them in the fridge, with a little added sesame oil, to chill.

I then grilled the chicken and sliced it on a bias.

I put a half a bag of butter lettuce on each plate. Added a fair helping of mandarin oranges and topped with some ramen noodles. Added some sliced chicken and here's what I had:

Also while the chicken was marinating I prepared a sesame teriyaki dressing for the salad. (now, I'm a southern cook, so I rarely ever measure...except in baking) I made the dressing with the following ingredients:
A1 Kobe Sesame Teriyaki Steak Sauce
Honey
Rice Wine Vinegar
A little water

I then drizzled that over the salad and this is the final product:

And that's what we had for dinner last night!
